I have been looking for a Bberry battery everywhere.. claro, orange, la sirena, plaza lama? Any ideas where to buy one near Cabarete/Sosua? and what it will cost?

Never used the silly thing and now it is completely dead. Time to give it away.

I just completely refurbished my BB for 2000: new case and screen, new battery, new 4 GB memory card OEM is just 2 GB..and a screen protector...took 45 minutes. This was in a tiny shop on Arturo Grullon (Calle 7) at the corner of Texas Ave in Los Jardines in Santiago.

Any BB shop should do (not a carrier branded store) ... there are like zillions of them that popped up all across the country. About 500- 1000 pesos, depending on the model, and the store. Last option - ebay.
