Q: Once the medical exam is taken, how long does one have to complete the permanent residency renewal before the medical exam results expire?
There seems to be a decent amount of confusion about this issue now in other threads, also with regard to supposed recent changes in the law within the last six weeks (no source was provided to back this claim, however).
It would be nice to clear this up once and for all. Does any have any reliable information to share?
