ATV made in the US import/duty free?

The 2013 Yamaha Raptor is made in the US, does that mean its duty free when imported? I know with cars that they hit you with high licensing fees, to compensate the loss from CAFTA exempted import duties, but this ATV would not be street licensed anyway, or would they force you to license it?

I asked my Mudanza about bringing such a vehicle.... he dissuaded me in a second.

However, I have done research on the subject and all the UTV's/ATV's are available here.
Better to buy here... easier, service and faster.
Contact the US source and ask for the RD dealer..... they are happy to connect you.

I'll be getting one in a few months.
