Like everyone said it needs to be DR related or it will be deleted/closed. We do have an off topic forum but you need to have 500 posts to partake.

My thinking was that energy is a global concern and that the US economy is directly proportional to that of the DR. No problem either way. I just need an official explanation as opposed to, with all due respect, non-official speculation.
