Tribunal de Tierra

I am not sure if this is the correct Forum - Government - but here what I am looking for.

I am looking for the gov't web page where I can search for a property to verify the property's owner. (I have the property owner's name).

I have searched for the "Secretarial General - Trubunales de la Jurisdicion Immobilaria Departamento Central, D.N." and the "Trubunal Superior de Tierra - Departamento Central, D.N." but I have not been able to find a web page for either of these two dep't.

Any ideas where I can start? web page, tel #?

it is tribunal and not trubunal and best to use google.com.do
