I been looking in Bavaro @ Popular Bank for a deposit box and have been told that they have been discontinued. Does anyone have any local bank that are offering the service in Bavaro or Santo Domingo? Thanks

Surprisingly a lock/deposit box in a (bank) safe is a known SAFE DEPOSIT BOX.

What is a safety deposit box?

Only one i know of [only bank i believe] scotibank!
