My friend from Rochester, NY noticed this.

May 1, 2013
Forty-three pallets loaded with donated firefighting equipment and an ambulance are en route to Puerto Plata, Rochester?s sister city in the Dominican Republic.Donated items came from fire services and emergency responders throughout Monroe County and western New York. The city has a 15-year relationship with Puerto Plata and sent a delegation there in 2010, which found scarce and outdated firefighting equipment.
Donated items were retired and surplus gear, hoses, ropes, tools and more that had been cleaned and repaired. The items were loaded and shipped Wednesday to the Niagara Falls Air Base and, from there, will be flown to Puerto Plata on military cargo planes at no charge.
