Name change at Ocean Point II to Caba Reef it appears. These are privately owned condos, but several are still owned by developer.
So what else has changed? Saw a billboard for 2 bed condo for $500K (Penthouse for a mere $1.5M) I think! Is this a case of Dominican tradition of raising prices when things don't sell, putting lipstick on a pig, or have they done some serious improvements or gold plated everything? Because recent sale of 2bed condo at Ocean PointI had asking price of $250K, so was that or less. And that's a better location....
