    I would second Anna's too. She's an excellent hair dresser. I can't recall exactly how much she charges for a hair cut, as washing and drying is separate. It was around 600 pesos without washing/drying. She's not the cheapest but she surely knows her trade. I've been going there for the past four years. Not once I had a complaint.

    She charged $600 pesos not including tip.
