We were cruising on the malecon, burning time, and drove past an interesting looking Chinese restaurant not even a block from the malecon, right where Adrian Tropical is. I think the name is Palacio de Jade.
It looked really nice from the outside in an old stone building.
Anybody know anything about it? I'd love to find another decent Chinese place there...
