What can I do with these unwanted animals in Santiago?

There are 2 feral cats living in my inverter space. I can't keep them since I am allergic to cats. I am hoping there is a vet office I can take them to somewhere. I think there is a place in Sosua that will take animals? I need to go to Puerto Plata to do an errand soon anyways. My wife wants to put the cats out on the bank of the Yaque del Norte.

I am sure there is a local Chinese restaurant that will "take care" of them.

Well now it is down to unwanted animal, singular, after my wife ran one over leaving the house. I told her it would stay under her car but she did not listen to me.

You see, natural selection usually takes care of itself, was that so hard?
Are you going to give it a proper funeral, invite all of your esposa's family?
I'll bring the ron and lechon.

The maid had the remaining cat in a bucket for a minute but it escaped.

Its a fricken cat. Put on a long sleeve shirt, grab it and throw it in the street. If you cant do it yourself, give the colmado guy a couple 100 pesos and he'll take care of it. $hit, for a couple hundred pesos those mothereffers will do about anything you ask of em.

The cat is finally out of my house. The gardener had caught the cat in a sack when I came back from the store just now. I had to give him some pesos to go get the rabies shot since the cat cut his arm though.
