i posted this bit in another thread in government section but i just had to put it out there.

this is from comments under another article on PRD conflict:

How did you learn such good spanish dv8? In your article above you used so many words that were worse than double dutch to me. I even asked my Dominican wife and a lot of them she didn't know either.

I have seen many illiterate comments below articles in the newspapers, but this is by far the worst I have ever seen. And by seeing the words he uses, he seems even educated or at least eloquent.

i struggle to find any proper word (other than la, el and so on) that was written correctly...

i challenged miesposo to read that but he only got as far as "algunos" before he gave up. frankly speaking i could not get very far either, it's just so painful.

I heard on a USA TV news show, that the city of "Medellin",??????, in Colombia made dramatic changes in their city, long infamous for being, "Drug Cartel Owned", after they increased the city school's share of the city budget to 40%!!!!!!
Can't say anything about the "40%", but the changes in the entire city are really dramatic!
The "PLD", and Danilo, have said that they school budget will reach 4% of the federal budget, and it MAY INDEED, but that "Budget" includes MANY questionable items that in no way improve the "Classroom Experience" for the kids!
4% SI!, but for WHAT?????

i am not surprised teachers are not qualified. lots of people here were getting so impressed with miss DR, who is 19 and a teacher. please, stop. at 19 one barely finishes high school. one cannot be a competent teacher at this age. but that's what DR has. fools teaching other fools how to be dumb.

I feel like they just don't care, the goal is just to be understood so they just write phonetically.
Have seen texts without spacings: holamiamolcomota. You can't tell me they don't know about spaces ?
