The power is up to you. DR with power, well that will be out context for which the DR stands for. Nothing beats the joy of feeling the AC/or fan kick in right in the middle of the nigh.....ah, llego la luz!
"DR has it all" is nothing but a touristic phrase in order to bring more tourists to the country. Of course the DR is a third world country therefore it has plenty of issues as you can see, however it doesn't mean we are the worst of the worst. By the way there are many neighborhoods that already have 24/7 power supply, most middle-class neighborhoods in SD already have that plan. So yeah DR has it all and it will have much more the day a honest president decides to lead the country correctly with no corruption.
