anyone can elaborate?

something else, is there any site where events are listed, i am to stupid to find it even when trying google.comdo.

i am sure this thing has been announced somewhere, its a bit more than the typical gathering at the malecon.

It's the annual Presidente Summer Festival...at Long Beach, beginning of the Malecon...open and free to everyone.

idk, the north coast calender only seems to cover tourist targeted events.

i haven't seen a leaflet for for the presidente summer festival anywhere, but it seems i am just blind:
