Saw this article in the NY Times today, and it reminded me of some of the great paella I've had in DR.
My favorite used to be in the restaurant at the original Hotel Lina. Then there was a Spanish restaurant on the malecon that had great paella, I don't remember the name but if I heard it I'd know. Started [maybe] with a C????
So where have you had great paella in DR? Preferably on the south coast.
