We would like to move from our small office to a place with more traffic, preferably a shopping center. W were initially considering a small store in Plaza Internacional 1st floor, but the rent for such a small place is US$2,000+ pus maintenance. Since we would be displaying merchandise, a kiosk is also an option.

We don't have a set budget, but it would be less than $1,000/mo. If anyone has heard of anything, let me know. It would be a place with decent traffic.

Thanks.

Less than 1K/mo gets you a kiosk in Bella Terra, though there isn't much traffic and 80% of the mall is vacant.

Good Afternoon, You might want to look at Plaza Olimpico on Estrella Sadhala near UTESA. It has a ton of traffic mostly students. However the neighborhood is densely packed. Depends on what your selling.

Have you thought of Colinas Mall? They probably have something withing your budget, and it has the most traffic out of all the Malls in Santiago. Although, as you might already know the demographics in that mall are very different from the ones in Plaza Internacional, so it would be a good idea if you told us what is your line of business.

Thanks.

We sell mostly electronics ranging from $20-$200 and in the near future we'll be selling used laptops. Everything in our store is under $200.
