What are the best priced flights from Russia to Pop?

I have a friend who wants to vacation in Cabarete and she is Russian. What is the quickest and best priced flights out of Russia to Pop ? Thanks for any help.

The best route is from Moscow to Punta Cana aboard "TransAero." they are the cheapest and most direct way. Prices vary, but can be had for around US $800 to $900 Dollars.

They travel to Punta Cana around twice a week.

Check through Germany. Otherwise, Russia to NYC and then from Newark. I don't know if you can do it in one day.

The TransAero is direct from Moscow to Punta Cana. In my opinion, a direct route--even if it costs a little more--is far superior to anything else. You're in Punta Cana in 11 hours. Bam!

How can you beat that?

That's exactly what I have been seeing is 21+ hours. I tried going through Frankfurt and I didn't see anything better. I was surprised by that then I tried Berlin looking for Condor. Nothing. I also tried Amsterdam and I didn't see anything better. I want to believe There has to be a flight from Moscow connect in central / western Europe to Puarta plata.

Maybe that's the problem, @drescape, that you are looking fir flights to POP. Not that many flights to POP from Europe. Widen up your search to include PUJ or SDQ and you will get many more options.

if you insist on POP check also airbelin. 1 stopover, 15 hours of travel, which is not too bad. but the prices are quite high... 2.5k dollars for a flight in october.

Transaero will resume flights to POP later on in the winter. It's a 10 day rotation. They fly Moscow -POP and St Petersburg -POP. They were the first airline to fly the B777 into POP out of interest.

Their flights into PUJ are all year round with a B747.

I'm pretty sure that Transaero to POP is a Charter Flight from October until March. Hence, it's part of a package that includes a hotel.
