I had a friend who lived in Santo Domingo. I've tried calling but his cell number is unavailable and numerous friends of his have commented condolences for his passing on facebook.
I was curious if anyone had information on how to look up obituaries in Santo Domingo. His name is Luis Samuel de Jesus who apparently passed away around August 11th or before.
Any advice or help is appreciated.
