Advice needed for All-Inclusve Please

My wife and I would like to do an all-inclusive near Rio San Juan, any suggestions? We've stayed in Punta Cana and Puerto Plata before and would like to do the north-east part of DR this time.
Basically I want to scuba dive the Gri Gri Lagoon, so I could take a bus to the dive site from anywhere within say 50km of Rio San Juan, but the closer the better as we hear Rio San Juan is a nice place. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Muchas Gracias! :D

how about just head there in a basic hotel and spend the entire day looking for a inclusive thats what i use to do just hotel hop like people do club hopping

From everything I've been able to find, booking an all-inclusive (flight, resort, food, drinks included) costs less than the flight to DR alone, so we want to book the all-inclusive before we leave, but thanks for the suggestion!
