I am thinking about opening a small eatery. It's in the very rough stages right now. Still doing the planning but where can I find information on possible startup costs, permits, laws, etc? Can someone point me in the right direction?
Been thru this, where your going to open, what are your primary selling goods,(pizza, subway type, empanada...), take out or sit in, if sit in how many people, hours planning to be open.
