Does anyone know whether there are any glider/sailplane facilities here in the Dominican Republic?

I am really sorry. I did not mean to be annoying. It's just that I could not find a section to post my question and thought that the area sub-sections of the travel section would be best. There wasn't a general section and I didn't want to miss having an answer because I chose the wrong geographical area. Again I apologize for any inconvenience.

There is para-gliding in Jarabacoa and I suspect in several other places. Use the DR1 search , because I believe the question has been asked before.

Thank you for your reply but in fact I am not looking for para-gliding or hang-gliding but for glider planes.
