Can you tell me how many time does it take to drive fron SD to Constanza via Bani and San Jos? de Ocoa?

Ocoa to Constanza took me 4 hours on a motorcycle. This was 12 years and the road was in decent shape.

I tried it shortly after hurrican George visited the area, by car, to go from Constanza to S. J. de Ocoa and couldn't make it.
Had to go all the way 'round Sto. Dgo. etc....
Wonder if the route has been rebuilt since then.
