Trudy, on Friday mornings an orchid truck comes through town. They usually park by Banco Santa Cruz, beginning around 8:30 - 9:00 am. They stay until 11:00 or so. They usually have a big selection and pretty decent prices. If you buy a lot or often, you get a discount.

In Rio San Juan, there is Vivero Costa del Atlantico, they are specialist in exotic plants like orchids, adeniums and others.
