    Default HiFX Money Transfer

Do you use or has anyone tried to use this service for transfering funds from the UK to Dominican banks?

If so, how did you bypass their requirement for an IBAN number, which I understand are not used by any bank in the DR?

    Thanks.

    PS

Contacting customer service was of no help, all they suggested was to insert the account number in the IBAN field.

Just put the account number for IBAN, that's what I have done in the past from HSBC in the UK.

However if you have been successful perhaps you could let me know in what format you entered the account number, as the DR requires a 28 digit letter/number sequence in the correct format to be accepted by HiFX.

    Thank you.
