Default Literacy Sources and/or Centers in Imbert

Are there any available literacy sources (flashcards, textbooks, online, etc.) or a literacy resource center (or a business) in Imbert (specifically) that help adultos dominicanos learn to read? I know that the rate of illiteracy was an "initiative" of the president when he was elected, so while I am sure his initiative probably has not advanced tremendously, perhaps there are resources I can tap into that may already exist.

Thank you for the kind assistance.
