Has anyone seen any good concerts advertised on the highway between Puerto Plata and Cabarete the week of October 14th?
I am now thinking of visiting with my some friends that already have booked for vacation and I am wondering if Frank Reyes or any Bachata artists are doing any of those gas station parties that week.
