Me and my partner are looking for some to go on our small holding, has anyone heard of any being for sale in this country ?

Failing that I was also wondering about minature horses or wallabys. Basicaly I am looking for something a little out of the ordinary.

There's a huge fair in Santo Domingo every year - February I think - and every animal known to the country is there. Breeders from all over DR exhibit there. Might be something for you to attend, you'd certainly find some unusual animals there.

When I know the exact dates, I'll let you know.

I think the country is far too hot for those animals...
But there is many stray dogs who would be very happy to get a home

Have you tried Plaza Lama?
They usually have a pretty good selection of domestics.

I think that you would get in trouble if you keep native animals in captivity, I would like to see one one day.
