No one in line for the Placa, in and out in less than 5 minutes. Same price as last year.
Revista, same as last year, 45 pesos and Bank Reserva, folowed by a visit to the place behind the Stadium. Gave the guythe documents, and the tip. He told me where to park, another guy comes out 2 minutes later. Asked me to turn the lights on, he never checked them, ask me to blow the horn. Reutnred 2 minutes later and place the sticker on the windshield. DONE. YAHOOOOOOOO

i do not understand why were the lights checked. they are purely optional here and no need to have them in working condition. horn is another thing. an absolute must.

Just last night I was pulling out of a parking lot on Tiradentes and was almost t-boned by a speeding light-less concho. Saying he didn't have his lights on is an understatement. The whole front of the car was missing completely. If they really enforced Revista these cars couldn't be on the streets. But we all know how everything works.
