found a website says company are experts in dr real estate anyone know of these people,curious as i will be looking for property in dr next month,

Where in the DR are you looking for property? It's a big Island and segmented when it comes to real estate.

Never buy until you have rented in the area min. 6 MONTHS , and talk also with people who live there (min. 4 years) !!! Most real estate can take several years before selling , so if you change your mind , you have a large liability to deal with DO YOUR HOMEWORK ( not the realtor .... Many will sell u anything even,though they know the area is very unsafe) .... You also need to check when purchasing condos if the condo complex has their financial act together !!!!or you are in for a lot of extra fees .....choose a lawyer with great care , In the Dr many are out right CR..KS..........SECURITY is a priority !!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK !
