Dominican national holidays

There used to be a list of DR National Holidays on this site but I cannot find it now.

The date I am particularly interested in is Monday 16 December. I want to arrange an event but don't want to find it is a national holiday.

Dominicans are in "Party Mode" from then, having their "Christmas Bonus" in hand, until after 6 Jan.
