Is this a new thing? Checking for helmets down by the banks. Nearly got me but un tigre warned me just in time and i pulled in behind a car before they saw me.

Ive not seen them doing the xmas collection here before, only frente de la policia.

That is nothing new. They have been in that location for many months now. They also set up just further up on the side street going back to the highway...and there is no escape on that street!!!!

Not one catch this morning. Poor guys. Could it be that Dominicans are abiding by the rules? Naw it was a trick question. ;)
