its the same in every country. ive been in 23 they are all the same. perhaps rather than worry about it either live with it as it is or go home to Idaho.
haha.. i actually kinda agree with this..
I kinda like the fact that the DR is in your face corrupt.. in the US the corruption is covered up with a facade of honesty and opulence.
If you think all is fine and dandy anywhere in the world, try competing with a company with deep pockets and see how fast your ass gets shut down. I recently started up a vitamin company in the US selling online and a competitor shut me down with cold hard cash.. Naysayers will call you a conspiracy theorist but there is a reason that 90% of the wealth in the US is held by 10% of the population.
The good thing about the DR is mid sized businesses, 500k-1mil net annually, are actually the big dogs here, and can have the pull on their side. In the US, a business of this size is a joke and gets eaten by the whales.
i am sorry to hear of the demise of your venture, but what dos that have to do with corruption?
the united states is most likely the most corrupt country on the planet however they have a printing press and are able to hide there corruption,,,however ill figure you haven't traveled much being that all countries are in your face corrupt.
