I didn't either but there again we have so much traffic that I would have probably thought it was a truck going over a bump (of which we have several too and they always go too fast!)

There are 1 - 5 quakes of that magnitude every week in the PC area (I have a "ticker" widget for that...), didn't feel it.

Releasing built up pressure

There are always quakes near this end of the island. There is a fault line about 100 km north that extends from east to west from PR to eastern Cuba and beyond. There are clusters of small daily quakes of 3.5 magnitude and lower to the NE, NW of PR and the Mona canal. These quakes are felt occasionally in PC. When the quakes are 4.0 or higher is when one should take notice. The good news of this is all these little quakes are releasing built up pressure with little or no damage.
