Any suggestions of a place to stay for just the night of the show?
Not high end, not a caba?a. Just reasonably close, clean, safe, and comfortable.

Casa de Campo hotel is high end, but man is it incredibly beautiful! Stunning! it's also within the grounds, so there will be no driving because all hotel guests get a free golf cart to drive around. Oh yeah, they got several restaurants as well, but the one connected to the hotel "Le Cirque" is so high end that its not on this planet...but its excellent.

Thanks, Frank... but with concert tickets approaching US$350 each... adding another $650 for one night at that hotel (without breakfast) is not in my average weekend budget!

I have stayed in 4 hotels in La Romana which I can recommend in order of best to least
#1 Hostal Silvestre https://www.facebook.com/HostalSilvestre
#2 Hotel Adamanay Hotel ADAMANAY en La Romana.
#3 Hotel Frano Hotel Frano (La Romana, Dominican Republic) - Hotel Reviews - TripAdvisor
#4 Hotel Olimpo Olimpo Hotel

They range from $30 to $50 per night and are all within 10 minutes of Caso de Campo. You can check out the sites attached. I can answer any other questions if needed.
