I have been checking on and off to see if there will be any concerts in celebration of the Dominican Independence day and I am pleased to find out that there will be an event in Toronto.

I think this is really a show to look forward to for many reasons. First of all they are promoting it in advance and Toronto gets the Saturday show. That is very unusual. When Dominican artists perform in Toronto, it's never the Saturday show which is normally in Montreal because the Dominican community is so much more visible and prevalent in Montreal. Toronto normally gets the Friday night concert.
Anyway I am looking forward to it. I have not been following Frank Reyes' music since 2007. However, he will surely play popular songs from his repertoire.
