Saturday January 18th, with great interest, the opening of the exhibition 'N.AMOR' took place in the cultural center (Casa de Arte). It is an exhibition of paintings by Armando Casciati, Pery Jim?nez and Grimaldy Polanco. The opening of the exhibition was attended by, among others, Mayor Ilana Neumann, Omar Mess?n and director of Casa de Arte, Adolfo Faringthon. Armando shows a lot of new work in this exhibition. After a break of ten years he picked up the brush again.
It is now mostly self-portraits and paintings of women that can be seen. It was nice that there were several female models at the opening which he had painted. You could compare the original with the painted portrait. The exhibition 'N. AMOR' is open daily until mid-February. Casa de Arte is located diagonally across the Sos?a Bay Casino. Now also known as Coral Reef Casino.
