They're sold on eBay in the US. So, la pela is legal in the US? The sellers are from the US and DR. If it is legal in the US, now I know how to finance my trips to the DR or, better yet, move to the DR and retire -). They sell for a minimum of $3 on eBay. Maybe I can go on Shark Tank and pitch the idea to Mark Cuban. But alas, I'm sure I'm not the first bananahead to think about this.

The brand does not have FDA approval, so not sure how "legal" it is to peddle these on eBay, especially without an Rx.

The key ingredient is the same as Cialis. Buying, selling, simple possession of this product in the USA without a doctor's prescription is a crime.

They also sell bootleg "Viagra" from China on the internet just like they sell Cuban Cigars on the internet. Let the buyer beware, you've got to know your cookies to keep from getting ripped off.

I get my La Pela the old fashioned way. I buy it over the counter in the D.R. to bring home to gift to my friends and keep a couple around in case of emergency. They're cheaper than good cigars and very much more appreciated, especially by the non-smokers. I put the unopened box in a clear plastic bag with my Prilosec OTC, Immodium AD, Pepto Bismal, Charcoal caplets and Benadryl and give both US Customs and TSA the opportunity to quarrantine any of those things which they might consider to be considered as contraband. They have yet to even open the plastic zip lock.
