Can someone recommend a dental implant specialist. Cost and experience would b helpful. Thanks all.
One thing I wonder about is if you are able to get around after the surgery without assistance. Is it like getting a root canal or more like getting your wisdom teeth out? Would someone be able to drive afterwards?

Had it done. That all depends on what type of anesthetic was used, local or some type of whole body in the vein. There is no way you can drive with the latter. It take a good 12-24hrs to completely wear off.

I was out for two days after getting my wisdom teeth out. I think it's the pulling out the remnants that is the hardest on you. I might get the preliminary work done in the US. The nearest place for CEREC is over 50 miles away and god only knows what they charge up here for it~ $2500 a tooth? More?

Dental implants are a permanent solution for replacing teeth.Dental implants are stable and secure, giving you the ability to eat and chew normally. My grandmother had Dental implants and now she can chew normally as we do.
