Hi all! I leave a post and I see it only in several days when it is already non-relevant and obsolete. Is it a customary, normal and accepted way of communication in this forum?

There is a minor software glitch, we are looking into,it only affects new posters. ???

Same thing happens to me, and everything I submit has to have eyes on by a mod. I don't wanna spam, I'm just looking for helps!
