Last week the traffic police arrived in La Vega. It reminded me of the old westerns, when the Sheriff says "there's a new Sheriff in town gang". It will be caos for a while, then everything will come back to some type of (dis)order. But it is an interesting sight to see a young person on a pasola, sitting and listening in total disbelief to the officer explain, that he must have a helment, license, insurance and license plate if he doesn't want his scooter hauled off to jail! Vamos a ver.
