it is illegal to poison animals on your own property now?

before, if there was a rat infestation you could put poison down to get rid of them.

somebody told me that if a dog or cat dies you are personally liable because of a change of the law.

is this true?

if it is on your own private property?

the cats are driving a whole community mad here!!!!!!

No (legal) idea, but it seems strange........
Lost count of chicken that venture into my conuco devoured by my beasts.....
One guy tried complaining..... look my land is fenced off ( 150 cm of barbed wire and 100 cm of "mailla de leche" ),ure chicken eat my flowers.....
My chicken are fenced off and I cut off feathers from wings so they cant fly...... dogs dont kill them... do the same pendero!!!!
But feel free to climb in to fetch them..... heheheheheheh
