Default What does a Dominican need to go to Bolivia?

First of all, it's not a punchline to a joke, it's a valid question.

What would a Dominican resident need to visit Bolivia?

    Thanks.

There are lots of Haitians now traveling to Peru, Boliva and Paraguay... why? Because they can easily ($$$) cross to Brazil. Brazil is the new Destination of 2014 for Haitians. ... and I guess, for some Dominicans as well.

Now that Dominicans need visa for Argentina and Chile, they travel via Uruguay and they get crossed to Argentina ($$$) over UY-AR border. I guess they can cross from Bolivia to Argentina easily as well, hundreds of thousands of Bolivians have done so already.
