Does anyone know if the Casino in Cabarete is going to open anytime soon?

The for sale sign got taken down a while ago and I saw some type of renos going on, just was wondering if it was actually sold?

My understanding was that it had been sold but the sale fell through. This may be old news

i drive by it daily and have seen NO movement or doors open. I just figured the for sale signs were taken for someones roof.

Now that I think about it I don't know if the renos outside happened before or after the sign went up!

Too bad it's not open as Cabatete has plenty of chickens to pluck. Casinos here are either money laundries, cheats or both. Only reason to go is the free alcohol and those delicious nutritious grilled cheese on white bread sandwiches.

The Cab casino was also good for the after party once the 3am curfew had struck on the beach.
Now you have to face the horrors of after1 in Sosua

thats an old sign from when some Russians opened a Gentlemans Club shortly before the casino closed 3 years ago,
I was at the opening party which was quite fun
