Is it better to get the trace batteries (6 volt) or the Trojan reds. Ochoa has trace 2.4 kw-24vdc inversors for 22,685 pesos, and the trace batteries(6v- 235 Ah) for 5983 peso each. I need to purchase three inversors. Is this a decent price.

Sounds good to me.
Check "Plaza Lama" for inverters, they have a LOT!!!!
The batteries are both good, IF you maintain them Meticulously!!!!!
EVERY MONTH, water level checks!!!!!!!!!!

Trace as a company no longer exists. They were purchased by Xantrex. Trace made and now Xantrex makes good inverters.

Neither Trace nor Xantrex ever made batteries. So somebody makes a battery and puts the Trace name on it. Who makes those batteries? I have no idea.

I prefer Trojan Red batteries.

I'm aware of that but Xantrex still markets the trace inverters.

I buy my batteries at "La Sirena".
I think it was "Mauricio",. who also stated that they display them by the "Pallet Loads"!
And lots of different makes & models.
Prices were fair.
A REAL warrantee!
