I was in Cuba once, near a bar as usual, when I overheard a tourist showing the bartender the present he'd bought for hs potato. The bartender smiled at me. I smiled at the bartender. We left the other guy in the dark.
In Peru on a medical mission we had local fuerzas especiales troops as gate-guards to the clinic. One of the dentists was telling me how he'd asked one of the young guys a question. But instead of asking how old you had to be to join the army, he'd asked how many a***holes there were in the Peruvian Army.
Then again, in a resort here once I heard a young lady tourist handing her friend's beach bag to the dominicana bartender and saying: 'Guarda segura la bolsa de mi novio.' A liberal translation of which might be: 'Take care of my boyfriend's bag/scrotum.'
