i feel sorry for her. the family of that piece of crap will be after her now because "he would not even hurt a fly". it's better to leave killing to the police. they are pretty good at it.

Even when you win sometimes you still lose. I hope all will end well for her.

A few years ago, there was this lady who was mugged and ended up shooting one of the mugglers in the street. She didn´t have any problems.

It seems to me that it´s so much easier to kill a burglar than to just wound him. And hey, If the guy has a long criminal record, no one is going to question you.

If you wound one of these cochroaches their whole extended family will come over to your place escorted by greedy brainless lawyers. Everyone will cry and shout at the same time. The mother of the cochroach will show everyone photos of the poor innocent little boy- these photos are from the cochroach`s 15years birthday, when he still was a smiling young boy. They will do all they can to use the lawyers to rob you.

But If you kill the cochroaches, then noone will come to your place, because only your story is on the table. So the moral in this is simple: Kill the cochroaches, dont let anyone of the thiefs/robbers get away.

The key may be "La institución del orden explicó que cuando Suero Montero escapaba del lugar, De Vásquez haló la referida arma de fuego y le ocasionó la herida mortal.

Could self-defense still be claimed? I know in Texas a judge would not blink an eye and the salon owner would not even be charged, or even if some investigation was pending the salon owner would on her first appearance declare self-defense, then most likely released on own recognizance while investigation pending, and case would be closed within a month declaring self-defense with no charges brought up.

But this isn't Kansas... errr.... Texas ...

We all know that even if this was self-defense, there are lots of people that will be buying new electronics and stuff (or making bank deposits) over the coming days. Lawyers, fiscal, judge... the list goes on.
