Does anybody know at what age a child has the right to say with which one of the parents she wants to live?

Hi Frank, been there. The social workers of the court will listen to a childs preference as of the age of 4. The child will not make it to court, but they make a very subtle and methodical approach to find out where the childs best interests are and where they are happiest.
Seems young, I thought so also, but it can?t be young enough when you are pitching for custody.
