Does anyone know where to get a sewing machine repaired here in the Sosua/Cabarete/Puerto Plata area.

they used to do them in gonzales puerto plata I beleive, in the building opposite the main shop- no idea if that is still the case though

Maybe through Hidelisa (the fabric store, not the one that sells furniture) in POP?
