Turkish Airlines plans IST SDQ service
Their hub is Istanbul, the world's most beautiful city, they fly to more countries than any other airline. TK has 330, 340, 777
I read yesterday they are building the biggest airport in the world in Turkey.

I'm sure most of you already know, but in case someone doesn't, Iberia is also resuming it's service to SDQ later this year. I agree with the OP, we need more good quality airlines to service SDQ.
Frontier Airlines has been talking about adding 2nd route to SDQ and same goes for Southwest. jetBlue is going to add 3 more flights to SDQ, 2 more to POP, 1 more to STI and 2 more to PUJ in November 2014.
Ain't abbreviations fun? IST PTY BOG LIM etc.. I happen to know that PTY is Panama City Panama. But am too lazy to try to look up the others.
Also conection to MEX.
