Today I picked up one of the long avacatos for lunch. As I began to peel it I found that it was pretty hard but had good color.
I ate some of it then added salt then ate more then added pepper and ate a little more. None of that too good. Then I had an idea: fry it! I did and it was good.
I googled and found that frying avacatos was not unheard of and there are some recipes available.
